you'll need a minimum of 22# injectors and most likely a custom prom because its not going to run right. you might get buy with a stock 350 prom but you need custom tuning. also to benifit from the better heads you need bigger runners. Try ASM large tubes or go the cheap route and get SLP's.

you might also want to port your own intake manifold while you are at it.

everything from your 305 will change right over to the 350, but you need a Z28 350 knock sensor, and the Z28 350 ECM and prom, without these you're not going to run it right.

You need bigger injectors, 350 knock sensor and custom prom for the injector change and other adjustments based on what the engine needs.
You'll keep the same ECM, it is the same for either 305 or 350.

Knock sensor. Lower part of the block between # 2&4 cylinders.
PROM= Programable Read Only Memory. that contains the program for running the engine. Custom prom...one you'd burn yourself using a prom burner ($80-$150 depending on brand)..lots of discussions on these...search.
junkyard injectors...wouldn't trust them. try these http://www.slponline.com/view_product.asp?P=23051
You'd need a prom with the injector constant set to 25 lbs (software for doing this is free..winbin)
With an engine that isn't "stock" you really must burn your own chips for it based on readings from a scanner or laptop with proper software (also free from Craig Moates' site)
If your 305 is TPI you use the same ECM..just change the PROM (CALPACK) in it. Also the fuel pump and regulator are the same for a 350 as a 305.

Engine: 260 boat anchor Mexican 350 (crate) TPI (MAF)
Transmission: THM-400 I turn 3500 (which is where my pos engine's power starts droping off) at 80 I need a 4L80-E
Keep your existing regulator unless you want higher pressure which is unnecessary if you are buying new injectors.
My TPI setup almost completely came from a junkyard however I have found that Ebay is cheaper if you do not have the right cars in your lot. Do not use junkyard injectors unless you get them cleaned and flowmached.

In reality you can just swap the engine and knock sensor let the ecm adapt for every thing else.
(I did this for about 2 years)
(I only recomend it for a temporary sol'n untill you can change the injectors and program your chip)
(I would go with 24 lb injectors NOT Accel infact anything else)

Thats really bad advice. You want to run higher pressure, large injector, and small pw's..

Uhmm.. I dunno about that. Might have some interesting results under PE

I am going to agree with Joe. If I recall right the ECMs are the same for 305s and 350s, but the chips are different. So you will have different constants and PEs and VEs and such. The radiator is fine along with the rest of the cooling system.

Working with different bins, I did a lot of messing around with PE. I've found that it doesnt take learned BLM into correction when going into PE.

So say for example your injector constant is way off, like stupid lean. You got a BLM of like 160, so you rcar is maintaining 14.7 afr. Jump to PE, and you might run lean enough to really ruin something.

If you do some searches for my posts in diy_prom about injector and fuel from a couple years ago, you'll see my log snapshots proving this. Basicly, the o2 voltage goes from .800 to like 0 .

Besides, everyone knows open loop is best once you got the tune down.
