1/8 mile times.
All I have around here without driving for an hour is an 1/8 mile track. I havent had my 91 z28 for very long, I was just wondering what kind of times she would run in the 1/8. It is a 350 tpi, bored .60 over, ported plenum, k&n air filter(air flows right through SS hood into my open filter), and no catyltic converter, with flowmaster. What kind of times do you guys run and what kind of times do you think I would run just curious.

The best 1/8th mile time i ran last year with 3.23's and street tires was 8.503. Back when it was closer to stock it ran some 9.0's. Hoping to run some 8.0's this year though.

How far is the nearest 1/4 mile track? All the 1/4 mile tracks in our area are all a 1 hour+ drive.

i ran 14.02 at 96 in the 1/4
ran 8.907 at 76.96 mph in the 1/8
it has more in it tho for sure
but stock i think it should do low 9's

My 88 GTA Notchback ran in the 9.37-9.42 range in the 1/8 mile last year with nothing more than a flowmaster cat back and 185,000 miles on the car.
The valve covers have never been off the car and it is now showing 192,000 miles and still runs great.
