Unfortunately you don't give enough information such as, what are your goals and intended usage, what mods are you planning to (or prepared to) install, is your engine already modded or is it stock, expected/desired fuel economy, emission requirements, all naturally aspirated or willing to use a "power adder", etc.
With a 350, you must also be prepared to live with some compromises due to the engine's size. You can make a 350 turn some very quick times in the 1/4 mile, but usually you have to make some sacrifices like bottom end torque, driveabilty/streetability, longetivity, fuel economy and emissions.
It is impossible to make a 350 to do the 1/4 mile in under 10 secs, pull like a Cummins diesel, idle like a taxi cab, get 30 mpg and pass certain states' emission laws. You might be able to accomplish a few of the above but not all.

I'm adding 1 3/4 w/o air SLP headers a 80 series flowmaster, and SSM traction bars and subframe connectors this winter. I also plan on getting some sort of cold air induction. I thought about adding the Ram air hood but i have heard bad things about it. I have a 9 bolt borg warner rear end with 3.73 gears from rieder racing. I have A MSD 6al box, msd super conductor wires, delco cap, K&N airfilter, AC delco plugs, converter is drilled through, was told i have cam but not sure, told heads were ported and polished but not sure. Also what is porting your plenium? I it hard and how much does it help? My car is a 5 speed, what else is a good effective mod?
Its a 350 with a 5 speed, wow. I'd go with the LT4 HOT Cam, you're mods are more extensive than mine, and thats the one I am getting, its only $190 from Salee Chevy.

Free Mods are modifications you can make to the car without spending any money or very little, usually less than $20 to $30 if you have the tools.

ive got the compucam 2032 with 1.6 roller rockers i ran a best of 13.3 @105.44 and run consitly 13.5@104.66 i love this cam ive got afr heads on the way and keeping this cam later
