What changes need to be made to make an 350 setup run correctly on an 305?

I am running a 350 TPI on my lightly modded 305. No changes were needed. Runs great. No trouble codes or problems at all.

 

Same stuff, different injectors and knock sensor.

Do you run too rich? does it bog down at all? I keep hearing about tht knock sensor, the one from my TBI wont work huh? Well, i will have to see how it runs I guess, Any way, Thanks for taking time to post, I appreciate your replies.

 

No, it runs great. The extra fuel from the 350 injectors helps it run better. My 305 is modified with a cam and aftermarket heads. If you are doing this with a basically stock 305, you may or may not have a rich condition. The knock senser I used cam out of a 305 TBI parts car. No problem with using that. For peace of mind you could just get a new one.
