From TBI to TPI, a few questions ?????, could use some help pleasee!!! Please Read!

So, i am in the process of converting my TBI setup on my 1990 Camaro to a TPI setup off of an 89 Trans-Am. So far I have the TPI lower intake and fuel rails on it. I have everything I need except fuel pump and distributor. My first question is that i saw this fuel pump on ebay i would like to know if it would work? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ELECT...ht_2681wt_1165

also on the front of the intake there are 2 threaded holes one on top of the other i know the lower is for the CTS and what is the other one? some intakes have 3 holes (it is to the left side of the intake).

Another question i have is under the plenum there is also a threaded hole what is that for. There are also 2 vacuum hookups side by side on the plenum. From there where would i hook up the vacuum lines to?

There is also another threaded hole on the side of the plenum, what is that?

and lastly how do i know what injector plugs go to what injector????

Besides that if there are any tips or tricks you could tell me about installing the wiring harness ( thats seems intimidating) or any tips on anything else please let me knwo

There is no reason why that pump won't work if mounted and wired properly.

Intake base: The holes going into the coolant area are for sensors to measure coolant temp. You have options as to where you want to mount your coolant temp sensors. The ECM needs one CTS. Other coolant sensors or switches can be for electric cooling fan control, cold-start injector on/off control, or a sender for your engine temp gauge. Except for the CTS, you can choose to use the others or not. You could also mount those in the cylinder heads instead. Plug all unused holes.

Plenum: Under plenum is a manifold air temp MAT switch for EGR operation, or you can use it as a IAT sensor, depending on which ECM system you choose (ref DIY PROM section).

The small vacuum lines on the passenger side are for the fuel-pressure regulator reference, and one port for multiple uses, to include HVAC system, and/or cruise control, or the reference for the EGR valve. Use as needed.

The large hole on the driver-side rear is for the power-brake booster.

Injectors: ALL injectors are driven from the same signal, so plugs are interchangeable. Hook up as it fits the best.

Tips: Test fit the plug ends to the sensors, then use tape to label each one before installing the harness. Make sure your grounds are perfect/solid and the connections are protected from corrosion by either covering with RTV or grease.
I clean & lube the threads with antiseize, then I use a flat washer, then a lock-washer to hold my grounds.

You're supposed to know the answer to that question.
A stock 1989 system should be a 160 ECM running the older MAF code.
Refer to the DIY-PROM section on this site for MUCH more info.

I just did a CFI to HSR conversion any other questions that you may have I'd be happy to try and help answer them for you.
Some of the write up is in the Aftermarket intake section of TGO

CFI = central fuel injection, like a TBI system.
HSR = Holley Stealth Ram, is a multi-port fuel injection system like the TPI system. You can use a TPI computer and code to run the HSR.

you will also need to find a tpi throttle cable for an '89 and a transmission kick down cable
the tbi ones will be too short.
You should be able to use the existing distributor on the tpi with no problem.
