Re: 350 TPI problem
No i didnt, but i spoke to a guy about the ECM today. He lives near me so that may help me out a bit. He said that the ECM should be exactly the same as mine, but the prom is meant for bigger injectors.

Excellent, you will be able to determine if the prom or ecm is causing code 41.
According to WinALDL; when the car is running does the O2 function properly (its values should vary between 0.1V and 1.0V)? What do the BLM's do? What do the INT's do?
What is the fuel pressure? I am concerned your injectors are leaking.
Hope this helps...

Excellent, the pressure should be ~42-47 psi with FPR vacuum line removed/plugged.
Good luck...

Re: 350 TPI problem
my friends gauge does not fit to the fuelrail but im going to ask another guy.
i was also reading data, i took some screenshots on the rawdata and dash.
in raw data the blm was 128 on 800 rpm and int was the same.
in the screenshots i got another value on the blm when i gave it throttle.

Re: 350 TPI problem
Maybe not full operating temp. but i had it running pretty long time.
I also spoke to the guy with the ECM, it was sold many years ago
He thought he had it, but then he remembered that he sold it.
So.. did someone of you have an ECM for sale?
Havent tested fuelpressure yet...
Do i have a EGR temp switch on my car?
Can EGR switch and knock sensor have something to do with my problem?
they havent been changed.

Re: 350 TPI problem
Yes!
Now its running, i bought a ECM and Prom from tunedperformanc
The car runs fine now, but its so much snow here so i cant testdrive it.
Now i have a lot of other stuff that has to be done to the car before the summer.
Thank you all that helped me out on this!

Re: 350 TPI problem
Once you have a chance to drive it. I might be able to salvage your hypertech with a new moated.net d2 and a new reprogramed eprom.
