Car stalling(?) HELP
So I'll start the car up and it starts up just fine, but if I let it sit for a couple minutes the Ron's will drop and the car will start to sputter and sometimes it will die but sometimes it catches itself and the rpm's jump back up to 1k and stay there for awhile then drop back down to normal. AND THEN sometimes when I'm driving, the SES light will flash and the car will sputter in the middle of driving, again, sometimes it catches itself and sometimes it just flat out dies and I have to pull over and restart it which it does just fine. I don't get it?

Re: Car stalling(?) HELP
I had those exact same problems. I suggest getting a new ECM.
I chased those symptoms for what seemed like months and in the end, the culprit was the ECM. There is so much testing and proceedure for diagnosing a bad ECM, its not worth it. Especially if your unfamiliar with datalogging.

Re: Car stalling(?) HELP
I can remember driving 10-20 minutes at a time without it doing anything and all of the sudden it would go crazy.
What engine, trans do you have?
