this is goin in my 89 trans am, im leaving the trans stock for right now and the rear end is stock as well, to start im thinking of a 52mm throttle body or a 58mm, my plenum is goin to be fully ported, my runners are as&m runners and my lower intake is the edelbrock intake, ported to flow 260 cfm, my heads are dart iron eagle platinum with, 200cc intake and 83cc exhaust, the combustion chamber size is 64cc, the heads flow intake 262 cfm @ .500 lift, and my exhaust is 175 cfm @ .600 lift, my compression ratio would be 10.19 to 1, my cam is a comp extreme energy with a rpm range of 1600-5400, duration is 270/276, duration at .50 lift is 218/224, valve lift is .495/.502, lobe separation is 110, ill be using hooker street force shorty headers and I have a 3 inch exhaust, power output im hoping is 400-500 horse and 500-600 ft lbs any thoughts on this?

that 383 only got 430hp using a much bigger cam (236/242 .520 /.540 ) than what you are using.

The 110 LSA will be hard to tune unless you have a gun tuner ; EFI prefers 112 +

Loose that MAF sensor

You'll most likely not need the bigger t-body, save your money.
Also a stock maf will be way better on this combo.

You got 218/224 duration
the XR288 cam mentioned is 236/242 , in cam specs way longer

And because I know you don't understand cams and are looking at the wrong number, the 270/276 adv duration of your cam
the same adv duration on the XR288 is 288 / 294

FWIW,
cams are only compared on the @ 50 duration numbers ,the adv duration is meaningless

They mention in that article that they're using Alum. TFS heads. Did it mention what size? If it did, I missed it.
