No wide open throttle

Hello all , having no wide open throttle response from my 91 Z/28 l98 new injectors and fuel pressure regulator fuel pump was replaced at some point by previous owner car will rev just fine in park but with a load on it in gear the car is non responsive

Sounds like some kind of transmission problem, since the engine revs just fine but once in gear it doesn't move at all.

Does it go at all when put in gear? is it just @ WOT that it does not respond? Since the regulator was replaced you should start by using a gauge and check the fuel pressure when running. You can hook a gauge to the Schrader valve on the fuel rail and tape it to the windshield and drive. You should see about 35 PSI when idling and 43 PSI on the gauge when you accelerate in gear.

There are a few things that could cause this issue one of them is your ICM not advancing the timing. Before you go throwing a bunch of parts at this you will have to do some tests first.
