Tpi swapped no fuel pump or ses light

Tpi swapped no fuel pump or ses light
Hey guys I have a 1991 camaro rs 5.0l. The wiring was shot inside and out so I went ahead and did the tpi speed density swap.
I got a dash board and interior harness from a 1991 camaro v6. Also got the complete engine, wiring and computer from a friends 1991 z28. I have everything hooked up right and yet when I turn the key on, the service engine soon light does not come on and the fuel pump doesn't prime. I checked the fuel pump fuse and it was fine. Checked all grounds and they were good. But I have no power at the fuse at all. Also when I hook the battery up the brake lights come on. Ive put several different switches on it and they were adjusted properly. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Verified the pump fuse has power ?
