Fuel Hose Sizing

I have developed a leak in the flexible fuel lines going to the TPI in my 86 Trans Am, and I need to know what the best course of action is and what size the lines are. Replacing them with AN fittings would be ideal to handle the pressure, but what size are the threads for both the return and feed line, and what adapters to I need to make this work? On the other hand I could do high pressure hose clamps and just do new rubber hoses on barb fittings. but I trust that much less at EFI pressures. In either case I need to know what size those fittings would be
