is it possible...4wheel Drive...

Is it possible to achieve 4 wheel drive by implementing the 4wd selector unit off of something like a chevy blazer into your thirdgen? Its something ive thought about doing, but i have not the clue if its even possible. What would i have to change in the car itself...would i have to add, a new axles or anything...Give me some advice...

Oh, sorry, your being serios right. Anyway, you would have to have like the whole setup out of a truck with everything needed to power teh front wheels. You would have to put a lift on your car. It wouldnt be worth it.

Just swap the Camaro body with a S10 4WD pickup frame & drive train. Alotta work fitting, welding & such. Is it worth it ? Well.....

it sounds more like you want all wheel drive not 4wd there is a difference.S10's mostly have part time transfer cases(front shaft directly connected to rear with out clutches). if you could get a transfer case and front diff under an fbody you'd want one from a newer cherokee or blazer or something w/full time 4wd

If you want a all wheel drive then go look at an import or something. Subaru sell some nice quick cars so does Mitsu. F-body's are rear wheel drive cars not AWD cars or trucks.

I have a 91 GMC sonoma that is 4wd.I totalled it in july.I have toyed with the idea of putting my camaro body on it.(I would never really do it)But I don't think it would be worth it.The wheel base is different. All kinds of things.Plus I think it is retarded anyway.

LOL no..it can't be done. Even if you had the skill the do all the fabrication that would be nessecary....you could never get it to fit. But I suppose you could put the selector switch into your thirdgen and pretend.
