installed new clutch, now have squealing/chattering noise?

i just finished up my new clutch install today. i started the car to move it out of the garage, and i have a weird noise coming from the clutch. it's like a squealing/chattering noise thats loud with the clutch pedal pushed in, but it gets quieter when i let the pedal out. the clutch master and slave cylinder have about 150 miles on them, the pilot bushing has 1000 miles on it, the flywheel was resurfaced, brand new clutch disk, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and clutch fork. anyone have any ideas?

your TO bearing is probablly not installed correctly.....................

there are two ways to attach it to the clutch fork and one of them is incorrect, it has to do with the lip of the TO bearing being positioned on the fork a certain way

i'm still unclear on one thing, and feel kinda stupid asking it. what is the right way to put the throwout bearing on the clutch fork?
