I found this sweet deal...with the free shipping and no core charge its hard to refuse.

is this crap, or is it actually going to be a good tranny? also, what about the 700 versus the 350. the less money the better here. thanks a lot.

Stock for stock the th350 is a stronger cheaper and lighter tranny than the 700r4, the downfall is that you loose overdrive with a th350.

$1k for a trans that will supposidly handle 500HP

$3kfor a TCI trans that will do 600HP

Seems like a good deal to me as long as the tranny can hold up.

ok so 550 shipped. plus whatever it costs to ship your trans (plus you cant sell it after). handles 400 instead of 500 hp. no converter. only dyno tested and not street tested. less good stuff used in the rebuild. and according to monster its only rebuilt and not remanufactured. need the converter for the warranty which costs and extra (who knows what that costs, and who knows the warranty is). ill talk to this dude and get all the info.

i would go with this monster motorsports brand for 950. less of a hassle. just a little more cost. and it handles more power. just seems easier and might come out to about the same price in the end anyhow.
