cylinders - $125 from the dealer, pre bled and assembled
Clutch fork shouldn't be too bad. It's just a peice of metal
You can use 3rd or 4th gen pedals, but the 3rd gen pedals must be the hydraulic type. I'm not sure of the year they changed from mechanical to hydraulic.
------------------
88 firebird formula
350 Vortec TBI
214int/224exh, .471int/.491exh
Edelbrock headers
SIX-speed
open 3.73's
2 1/4 stock catback
I love pissing those LS1's off

Birmass is correct. By the way, if you use 4th gen pedals, you have to cut the gas pedal off of the assymbly, cause the 3rd gens include the gs pedal seperately.
Get the hydraulics from a GM dealer. Dont break the plastic band that holds the slave shaft in. Just bolt the slave up and the first time you press the pedal, the strap breaks and everything is ready to go.
------------------
L98, 3.27 9-bolt, Hooker shorty headers, custom 2.5inch Y-pipe, no cat, 3inch 2chamber flowmaster, JET AFPR, Ported MAF, Best ET: 13.86 @100mph. 1.99 60'
17 inch ROH "ZS" wheels. 17x8.5(front) and 17x9.5 (rear). Firestone Firehawk SZ50s. 245/45/zr17s and 275/40/zr17s. T56
On the way... Radar Blue 89 Formula, T56, Ram Jet 430, Ram Air, 17inch ROHs.

FORMULA JOE!!!! Did you mean to leave the strap on inside the trans?? Are you sure?? My clutch pedal has a very short movement and I took the strap off. I'm wondering if the extra thickness of the strap would make the clutch feel better and have a longer travel. Should I put it on? Thanks!

Car: 1999 Chevy Cavalier
Engine: 2.2
Transmission: 5 speed
Axle/Gears: it's part of the transmission
SLP sells a kit for this conversion, not sure on the price though. It could be $$$,but it beats the aggravation of finding it all seperatly.....if you have the cash.
