car is an 83 Z28 with a TH200. getting a built TH350 done with the 6" tailshaft. i was wondering if i can use the TH200's crossmember...will the 350 bolt right up? and with the six inch tailshaft i can still use my stock driveshaft right? just making sure... any other parts i need to complete this swap? thanks,

TH350 with long tail shaft and a crossmember and you will be good and not even replace the driveshaft. I had a 83 Z28 and I swapped to 700r4 then to TH350 and I was happy with it.

 

i heard that from a th200 i need a six inch tailshaft, crossmember will bolt up and i just need the tourque arm mount...can someone at least verify this?

 

crytical is wrong
the th200 mimics the short 6" TH350 not the long 9"that is similar to a 700r4.
the crossmember is an exact match.
a vacuum line will have to be run.
a new kickdown cable need to be purchased
converter will bolt in the same
all should be good with the 6"er.....
