Re: 4th gen rear swap today :)
Nice! I remember how excited I was when I put a 2002 Z28 axle with 3.23 gears. It too had Auburn LSD. I'm upgrading the Auburn LSD to a Eaton TrueTrac. Also, I'm thinking of going up to 3.73 gears. You might want to lose that Auburn unit too, or maybe burn it out first? Lots of info on TGO about how the Auburn unit is not rebuildable.
Your tires sticking out about another 5/8"???

Will swap the auburn when it finally gives out but is holding strong for now. and my tires stick out crazy far now. I picked up some z06 rims but they need tires yet. when I get some tires on there I will post a pic

Try adjustable panhard bar before adjustable LCA's... I remember similar issues after my 4th gen diff swap. It's trial and error to get the centering right depending on tire sizes, suspension parts, bushing type, etc.
I remember trying to space the tires to the body equally while adjusting the panhard bar, and it was still off center. Good luck.

I used the lca n ph bar from the 4th gen. and I did do an alignment but that's what I do for my job so was no biggie.

The 4th gen car I took it out of was wrecked from that side I'm now thinking that the diferential might be bent cuz I measure both sides of the wheels and it's about 5\8 difference
