Have to get the Holden carrier from Australia. It's not that difficult to order one up and the exchange rate is excellent right now. Love mine in my daily driver.

Instead of a 'crusher sleeve', is there a 'spacer' for these pinion gear. Concern of crushing the 'crusher sleeve'.

I would just get the smart sleeve. They aren't that difficult to crush. I just did it with a 1/2" electric impact. Rattled on it till I hit the preload on my dial torque wrench.

Did you use any pinion shim (size), and what was the Lb/inch number fro preload in dial torque for crushing.

Pinion shim will be determined when you set pinion depth. I don't remember the pre-load setting - you'll need to look that up.
