Will any T5 fit in my car???

Acctually i have an 86 iroc but my rother has an 88 mustang GT. His tranny busted some gears, so, i need to know will a camaro T5 fit in his car, or is there any other car that shares that same tranny.
I know this is not thirdgen but he is my brother and i want to help him out.

I bought a Mustang ('93 GT) W/C T5 for my Camaro, but the bell to trans bolt pattern and the cutout in the bell were different. Also, the tranny in the Fbody is tilted 17*, so you won't be able to bolt the crossmember up.

Sorry, but No Dice.

thats just the bellhousing though. get the camaro bellhousing and it should bolt right up. but I think the input shaft on the 'stangs is different, so you might as well get one from an f-body.

No, a T-5 from a camaro will not fit a mustang, and vice versa. The front and rear housings are different as well as the input/output shafts.

Mustang T-5s have no torque arm holes. that is the main thing.

okay, so i won't bother telling him he can do it, for some reason it seems as the ford T5's and crap, and around here you can't find any for under $600.
Thanks for the responses

No, the chevy bellhousing WILL NOT bolt up to the ford transmission. Also, the imput shaft on the ford is about 11/16" longer than the chevy. You COULD meake a spacer with both patterns and thick enough to make up the difference in imput length, but you've still got the outputspline and torque arm mounting problem.
