Ok this frikken problem is killin me

Just busted my Energy Suspension Tranny mount.
It's only been on the car for a month and a half.

Is there somting else that could be broken, that is causing this problem.

I cant go thru a tranny mount a month....

repace the mount, make sure you getthe right one. There are two types you can get. Okay then after you make sure you got the right one and installed I would check to see the engine mounts and if the trannys cross member is cracked.

I got the right mount last time.
And the time before that, and the time before that.

Do you think it could be the motor mounts?
How hard are they to change?

thanks for the help...

You did use that metal plate supplied with packaging, when mounting the tranny mount, right?

Yep, something else must be wrong. I went through two stock rubber trans mounts in 3 years. The energy suspension trans mount has been on the car since '97, and is not breaking. Did you check your engine mounts like BrianK said to do?

What you have happening is the bolts somehow loosen up.
How are the threads on the tranny mount area?
MAYBE you should helicoil the tranny mount bolt holes, use fresh bolts with lock washer.
I kinda doubt your motor mounts are hurting.
Either one (frame or the engine ones).
I'm replacing my frame mounts on my Blazer as I had 211,500 miles on the stuff.
I was given a proper set of frame mounts when I received my 1995 3.4 from the 95 Camaro.
Those 1995 ones are identical to my 1985 ones.
Was your engine ever replaced or the tranny?
