120K tranny leaked out of every spot it could.
160K the original timing chain went
That is the only major things on my car. My compression test shocked them because I am susposedly in great shape. I do not burn any oil and ran synthetic until the rear meain seal went and I have yet ot fix that, but recently I was in an accident so who knows what is going to happen now...
Also, I run 16.01 with this tired engine and my mods.. Imagine a fresh engine or if I get it fixed I gaurantee I will bust into the mid 15's with my headers and new timming chain...
Who knows, if they total it a 1994 or 1995 Z28 will replace it. White, T-Tops or Red with T-Tops...
I rahter they fix my car... I have found fiberglas front 1/4's and a fiberglass hood. That should shave some weight..

Well, I"m still on the original motor at 238,000 miles
I'm on my third trans (original died in '97, first rebuild died in '98, current rebuild is ready to die)... but ya know, I don't think I ever wrote down the mileage of the car when they died. I'll see if I can find the Lee Myles receipt for that $1300=1.5year transmission (the first rebuild).

The 1992 3.1 Liter is still running strong at 166K miles, even after using the nitrous since 1996. I haven't had any tranny problems either, except some minor slipping on the 1-2 shift while using nitrous. Car uses no oil and still gets nearly 30 MPG on the interstate.
