Welcome to the forum! Was the air conditioning pulled from the car?
I'd say that #2 should go to the Coolant Temp Sensor, but I'm not sure; I'd have to look up the wire colors. Can you get the wire colors for #3? It definately belongs to a relay that would be attached to the bracket on the firewall... but not sure which relay (or circuit) it goes to. I think there might be an a/c relay up there... not sure tho.
And #1 "on the firewall" almost looks like the power for the high speed blower motor, for the climate controls... but again, I'm not sure.

Sorry 'bout that; I should've said the high speed for the blower motor.
The first three positions of the heater fan switch go thru the speed resistors in the heater/evaporator box on the firewall. (For those that don't know, look for the thin/wide gray connector with 4 wires coming from it, that goes down into the firewall box. Undo those two 9/32" bolts and you can pull the resistors straight up and out- be careful, they get hot.) The 4th position - the high speed position - goes thru a relay, and the relay gets its power from a fuseable link that connects to the starter motor.
I kinda have the same scenario tho; my original blower motor took a crap (oddly, about a year after I painted it a nice gloss black), so I bought a new one by 4 Seasons. After I hooked i t up, I thought it was busted, b/c it was definately slower than my original. Then again, I always heard 4 seasons' stuff sucked, but I didn't really have a choice (it was winter).

1...no clue, I have a similar one, and the only thing I can tell you is that the RPMs are not showing up in the gauges cluster.
2...It could not be so hard to see where that plug goes to, move it around and look for a connector that matches with that plug.
3...It looks like a relay connector, I could see the wires but I am sure it should go to some relay like the MAF sensor one.

Hello!
sorry for no replys from me - Have some work
And thanks for your replys - that helps me a lot.
TomP - I think that air condition was in the car but somebody remouved it (It's hard to tell becose I don't have RPO codes)
I checked ECM trouble codes and I get code 15 and 34
I know that 15 is coolant sensor and 34 is MAF signal high..
so like watafo said #3 may be for MAF relay
Here is photo of my realys (something is removed - is that MAF relay?) and when I plug Fan connector Fan starts, dosn't matter if ignition is on or off

Edit : I have dash without tach, speed and fuel only...
sorry for my english...

I had that problem too.
Turned out my ECM was fried.
Replaced ECM and the fan constant on stopped.
Fan now cycles on & off accuratly.
Look at wire casing ends to see if they are stripped back from excessive heat, too.
A wave to ya from Southern California!

My Haynes manual says that the relay missing on the far right of your firewall is the air conditioning compressor relay. No doubt removed when someone pulled the a/c.

I'm another 85 guy and i'm doubting that that is your MAF relay, as i'd have on also, but don't recall one as of yet. I'll check tomorrow (during the daylight and take a peak to see).
honestly, pic number one kinda reminded me of the EST connection, but eh, i'm not sure....ps, three beers and doing well to say the least , i'll look tomorrow and post back for ya.
