Turbo oil lines and engine update...

Well my engine turned out to only have blown a head gasket.. It looked like somebody took some metal sheers to it but the new ones are on and my engine is gonna start coming back together soon. My turbo is gonna be mounted on the passenger bank of the engine with both banks feeding it. For the return line Im just gonna plug it into the front of the pan. The feed line is posing more of a complication.. I have to T-off the pressure sending unit and run a line but its on the other side of the engine. Should I run the line over the top of the engine or underneath and secure it to the sub-frame/crossmember?? Either way will work but I was thinking maybe the line could get damaged under the car.. A friend is helping me edit a slideshow/video when everything is done from before the turbo all the way to when its running. Im gonna keep the MAF setup as well due to lack of funding lol.. << Soon hopefully...

I ran mine in front the engine over the T-stat housing, and past the head, just to sort of give you an idea on layout.

Would I be able to run the return line where the drain plug is??? Itd be easier than drilling/tapping another hole... And when doing an oil change you could still just unscrew the line..

Damn! Alright well I guess I have to weld a bung and punch a hole in the pan.. Could I just get a big nut and weld it on?? Are rubber lines ok to use.. I dont have much money left to spend otherwise Id go braided..

Well with the exhaust manifolds switched the one I had planned to mount the turbo ontop of points downwards.. Im gonna see if the 3100 manifolds will help any.. Im gonna start cleaning up my heads tomorrow morning, rig up my A/F guage and prolly get the exhaust mocked up.. Things are goin pretty smooth now..

Haha!! I must be in luck seeing as I have a spare un-used 1-wire O2.. How can I tell where the oil level is so that I dont f'up and have a hole in my pan for no reason? I cleaned up my heads earlier today.. I must say they look alot better.. Not much of a port job cause I dont have a flowbench but I did take off a good amount to gasket match them.. Should I be worried about anything?? Does anyone have a link to the instructions on making a MBC?? Im only wanna run 5psi until I get the bigger injectors and make sure the engine is running good..

I got spare heads lol.. Where can I buy new bolts, Im gonna check Advanced a lil later on in the day but I was wondering if there was a ARP set or something?? Thanks

Where exactly is the oil sending unit? And would it be possible to have the oil return into the valve cover like on the STS turbo kits?

Yeah, I guess the STS kit uses an electric pump to return the oil.

What about the oil sending unit, where is it located?
