So i have a check Motor Light on.
So i took it to the Auto Zone, and Got the Following Codes:
34-MAF, 45-02 Sensor(by the Caddy), 23-Carb
I would like to know what the 23 Code Means in detail, and does it mean i have to replace it?
Thanks,
Robert.
If this is the wrong forum, sorry. n00bish Mistake.

You got to give people a little more time to respond. Help will come soon. According to my Haynes manuel code 23 is your mixture control solenoid.

replaced, repaired, may be a vacuum line to the car, or the fuel... it means there is something wrong. a sensor is back, the solenoid is bad, it isn't getting a good connection. a wire is messed up, whatever. if you change it and it doesn't go away... then it is a wire/vacuum line/etc. that goes with any sensor.

Really it could be anything hooked up to the solenoid or the solenoid itself. If your motor is doing anything weird that can narrow down the issue. Details are a good thing. Someone around here might know something if you give symptoms.

I know when i put it in N, the car tends to idle high, and sometimes climbs up alittle, The water pump is making a rattleing noise, but my old 91 did the same thing, and never hurt it.
