Re: six throttle bodies

This is a very unique project you got going there. To my knowlwdge no one on here has done that. Looks like a pretty cool idea though. Are you staying fuel injected or carborated?

Re: six throttle bodies

CNC guy on 60degree.com has, or at least has made most of the parts needed to do so, I don't recall if he had it finished or not, I got banned from that site, for speaking my mind, and because Ben "doesn't like me" (pretty much direct quote). Anyway, he had all of the TBs attached to a genIII large port LIM.

Re: six throttle bodies

That thing is begging for a megasquirt conversion lol.

Only problem for FI is the machine work and getting a stable MAP signal.

Re: six throttle bodies

they are 42mm off a1000cc bike .The manifold is a3400. the runners are about 12' long without the stacks .I need to make adapters that will have a log for the map signel. They have there own injector pocket so I could use msextra with two stage injection.

I wondered where you went. You left FTV6, and got banned from 60* almost at the same time.

BTW, Six: The early gen3 pushrod guides don't quite fit the 3500 heads (cause of port size and the rocker studs are 8mm, instead of 10), but I think it's going to take little to get them to work.

yeah most guys use custom length pushrods, when building a hybrid.

Yeah, I got banned from 60*, oh well, a bunch of whiners and ******* over there anyway, that say that this and that can't be done, and a curator that lets personal feelings influence what he does on the site, I never did anything different than he did, yet I got banned for it.

FTV6, again, a bunch of whiners and moderators that like to pull power trips, too many strikes against that site for me to enjoy going to that site, like thread titles, and "non sponsor links", making rules up as they go along, I actually received an "infraction", on the same night I left, I asked for the rule in writting on the site, which they could not produce, and realized at that point just how imature the majority of the members on that site are.

Oh well, losses on both thier parts.
