MODS (either coming or on):
Flowmaster Cat Back, Random Technologies Cat, 3" intermediate pipe, Accel 8.8 wires, MSD Coil, MSD Ignition Module,MSD 6a, B&M Shifter, Transgo Shift Kit, Cold Air Induction, NEXT MOD: 5 speed...(torque convertor going so 5 speed a better idea) ..Then peeling and cracking paint..

thought of one more thing...radius is 1/2 a circle...if 15 is the radius of ur tires..then the full diameter would be 30" which i KINDA DOUBT u have
take how large ur tires are then divide it in half and thats the radius..AND since u were in 4th gear doing that fast...look down the chart and enter the correct 4th gear ratio... its like .76 or something like that...

ok my radius is 13 so i was doin 155.??? and my rear end is 3.23 i have my build sheet the stick came with the 3.42
Remember that the calculations don't take several things into account: wind resistance, weight of the car, worn parts, and whether or not you actually have the HP to get your car up to that speed.

I think the speed might be a little high, i'd put you in the range of 130-135 maybe. 140'd be pushing it. unless you have major mods. you have to remember, the Z28's topped out at around the 140-150 mark, so when our 2.8's push 130-140 it's really good. Now, a new T/A can go until it reaches it's governer or 163, huh you call that a governer?

The highest I ever got was 137 mph, racing a VW turbo Passat. We both had CB radios on channel 19, and his speedo went up to 150, so I just asked how fast we were going when we were neck & neck. I remember being in overdrive, at low RPM's (love that B&M 4-3 kickdown valve!), but I don't remember the RPM's. Around 3000 I guess?
