yeah so it turns out when i had the sfc's installed the shop left the car outside in the rain (yes i remember this) then lifted the card back up and coated the undercarriage with that rubber spray so from underneath the car none of this was visible

also had a hole under the washer bottle

Re: tax time update..........lol

now i want to have the engine and tranny pulled so they can clean treat and spray the bay and tunnel

the battery is moving to the rear
the charcoal canister is going under the batt tray

i'm trying to empty as much of the front compartment as possible to make way for the turbo setup

i'm adding a full msd setup and wire tuck and lastly
i'm adding in a bunch of crap from spohn
k member w/coil overs, torque arm, panhard bar, lca & relocation brackets

I still want to get a good STB and i'm trying to figure out if i want to have the heads cam and timing upgraded while it's all out of the car but that all really depends on the final cost from the shop

Looks good. Giving me ideas here. However, you do realize they sprayed over the fittings on your fuel filter, right? You're going to have a heck of a time replacing that the next time...

BTW, how much did this run you?

Re: tax time update..........lol

the rust/body work treatment and spray was about a $1500 total i think
i also at the time had them drop the tank and replaced the fuel pump and float
they rebuild my rear with 323's and posi and new exhaust from the cat back
oh and for the first time had the car running like new if not better LOL

but in total i think i dropped like 4 grand last time around and i'm thinking about the same more or less next month

i just left spohn site and i'm looking about about $2700 with out shipping for the top of the line everything LOL

so i'm going to look around online now to compare prices and then i really need to figure out what versions or setup's i want to run with b/c i'm also trying to get her painted and the interior done as well for the summer

Re: tax time update..........lol

work was done in a shop out on Long Island so i really have no idea how much they actually paid for the stuff but they did say that they sued 2 complete cases for both the inside and undercarriage

i'm sure if you google it you'll be able to find the stuff online somewhere
