Goodbye of sorts
Goodbye of sorts
Well the Firebird is now sold, i ended up trading it for a (ducks) a Ford maverick. Now before i get choked and flamed its a good car i traded for. Its a 1974 Grabber 302 with 89K original miles, posi rear, factory disc brakes (thats rare) C4 tranny. Factory race seats and center shifter. Over all the options on it make it a rare car and for the age and the condition it is a great trade. The engine runs strong and the body is in very decent shape. I will be restoring it back to showroom with one or 2 added details, like fatter tires and a very noticable loping idle. Anyways, i WILL be around here answering questions - can not forget my family, but will be making a new hope on a different car site. Revs and burnouts to all

LOL... well... that is what ya get for waiting :P it was a good firebird - still is and will run great for them too. I am just at a popint in my life i need to relive some of the old "muscle car" days. A project like this will be good for me - truely a Maverick was my first choice due to thier 2800 to 2900 pound frames, this 74 will be emission free in texas, and with a 302 i will have lots of options to brush off some rice and such (whispers) i will even kill some fords for ya all...

Guy in lubbock w/ a 1400HP 700CID Dart....hold on...that's on motor alone. Add a Blower meant for a 14 Cylinder Top Fuel somehtin or another, and then another 500HP shot of nitrous......and this car is driven on the street over 3000 miles a year.

Past Thirdgen:
86 Trans Am w/ built 355TPI with SLP goodies and too much other stuff to List. One sweet *** car, wish I would have had a good enough Job to pay insurance on three cars so I could keep it, but for a 89 Turbo Trans Am w/ Low miles, I think I made the right choice!
