Well i did it i took out my 3.1 and installed the TPI in the camaro

Although the swap was done about 4 months ago i miss the old V6 auto, now resides a modded 305 TPI w/ 5 speed i love the power

yes i miss my V6 too but i love the torque looks like you did it pretty clean too. most swaps i see look like crap. good job!

Looks great!!! You did an excellent job on the install. I agree with NS, most of the swaps turn out like crap wires here and there, but yours looks great!

Good eye yeah its an 87' the vette heads are 88' Getting rid of the air wasnt meant for performance in any way, i got rid of it cause it wasnt working. I mean what is it 30lbs? Plus i got rid of the air pump. Looks much cleaner and less hassle when under the hood. thanx for the compliments

hey vortec,

Great job on the swap. Theres probably an answer for this in the swap room, but I would definitely like to know the details of this project. As the others have stated, you project is the cleanest I've seen yet!

If ever you get a chance or time to sit down, here is my email address. I would much like to hear your experience and views on the swap. What jumped out to you to definitely watch out for, tips, ideas, PITA's, etc.

So if you ever get a chance, nothing big and no rush at all.
