Well there is no other options with the wheel that i can find as far as i can find it's all they make

those HRE look sweet gold wheels and red TA is going to look pretty B.A.

what type of gold your using matte textured or gloss

looks like corvette offset also ?

 

17x10 and 17x11.5. HRE has a gloss "race gold" color that I like.

 

I do love the way the ZQ8's look on the car! They have a modern-stock appearance that's hard to get!

sweet im going to be running 10s up front too what wheel size your running up front and what spacers your going to run ? somebody was selling some HRE on craigslist same width but believe there where 18in

 

I'm not sure a 17" diameter, 10" wide wheel will fit. I have 17x9.5s right now and about 1/2" to 3/4" clearance between the rim lip and the strut. I haven't fit the wheels yet but I think it will be close - worst case I buy a new inner hoop. The wheels need to clear the brakes too.

 

When I bought th car the wheels were ugly, the previous owner has pink,black, and some clear all over, each wheel different
Decided to paint them myself, stripped, sanded and painted on a weekend, I think they turned out fairly well, what do you think?

 

yea i think you will run issues with the front strut lip and the tie rod will probably have clerance issues to but will not know till you mock up wheel but 10" should fit width wise it has been done as long you get offset and backspacing right ive seen your tread with the brakes sweet setup

Anyone running the Privat Netz? If so what size, spacers and tire sizes. I love these rims and am about 90% sure this is what I want...

 

Looks like the HRE540's are similar to those. I think these are HP Evo rims which are similar.

BTW, this is not my car.

I think any of these will require adapters though. Someone several pages back posted pics of these on his Iroc.

I had the 505's on a 99 ram air t/a. I loved the look. I am trying to stay away from spacers. I have looked through this whole thread and didn't see any of these wheels. I actually started a thread about the 505's but no one has replied sayin they are running these...

I really like the look of the 505's with the stance of the red T/A above. Guess it will just be a matter of getting them, and finding a spacer combo. As for spacers, I tend to be kinda stupid from time to time, and thats just another thing that could fail under my right foot...

Well, the replacement third gen will be getting some 17x9.5 C6 ZO6 replicas after seeing the them on a few cars in this thread, they are very reasonably priced from Ebay and i think 275s all the way around and dropped a inch or so will have the 91 looking just right, these will be going on my 86 TA, i will post pics after the 6.0 is swapped in from this car as well as the moser 12 bolt:

Pretty sure somebody has. I remember seeing those on a maroon color ta/gta awhile back here. Don't know the members name.

 

Hey, 86FyrBrd, where did you get those WS6's? Did you buy them repopped? Or did you find them on ebay, or ???
BTW, will those bolt straight up to my 86 T/A?

Probably not. Since they are euro wheels and not available here, you will be good. Besides, welcome to forums. You want complete one-offs, you cnc them yourself. If you buy a mass produced cast wheel, then others will have it. Who cares if a guy 10,000 miles from you has the same wheel? Especially when that isn't going to happen.

I am dead serious! If it was so easy to find them, why did about 10 people PM me wanting to know what wheels they are from when I 1st showed a pic of them? And then there were some in threads. No..it's this new twerp who came in here just to ruin my day.. obviously no purpose at all.

Well, half the people here can barely even operate a keyboard, so you're pretty safe there, and if you never spent any time online, do you still think you would see them on another 3rd gen? And one last thing, 99% of the members on here wouldn't spend that kind of coin on wheels. I think you're fine, You're car is still one of a kind. And I 100% understand wanting unique wheels. Which is half the reason what I'm basing my selection on.

 

If you want to be unique, put some stock 16" IROC rims on. No one has them anymore.

i like these i traded a set of centerline solid draglites for them i beleive they are 91-91 rs z28 wheels i like the fact that they are flat faced and have no dish like irok wheels they are kind of unique

 

Not really ordering a set. Just funny you get mad about that.
