I got the new Grand theft auto 4: San Andreas, and they have a very accurate thirdgen Camaro. Its called the "Buffalo" (?) and it has a ram air hood. I think the hood is the LT1 ram air hood. It sounds cool in the game, really throaty, and it has a lopey idle haha. Just wanted to let you video game fans know, its definitely the best car in the game. IMO

fyi is gta 5 . Their was gta 3 , which was liberty city and gta 4 aka gta vice city, and gta 5 is san andreas . But this is by no means tech related so it will get locked, but the game is pretty cool .

Yea its in the first part, in the spanish section/business section where the fancy/expensive cars are. I found a teal one, sorry guys it was teal or nothing they are hard to find. I took the pics with my camera phone, sorry about quality and I only had space for 2 (its $.75 each).

pretty slick... deviated a little from the styling but they always have.

and there is no gta 5. gta is a franchise and the are more or less separations from themselves. gta 3 was the last number rockstar games put on the game. they have talked about making gta4 for the new PS release though.

I cant wait to play it, once one of my step brothers buy it and they get bored enough to let me play! Its funny my step brother is a freshman in H.S. and he said one of his classmates skipped school to go buy the game and play it. Now that there's pic's up I don't think the thread should be locked

 

they def. styled it after a third gen then looks like mixed in a little dodge daytona to avoid copyright laws. it is the number one car I went looking for when I got the game as for the hood though I think that it is actually modeled of the RAII hood. me thinks someone making the game knows something about thirdgens cause why else would it have a real aftermarket hood.

 

Yeah, I see the daytona in it for sure. I even used to own a Shelby Z. I bet a lot of people will start calling it a daytona or a mustang..or a cougar (LOL!) or something

All the kids at my school call my TA a Camaro no matter how many times I correct them, so if people are ignorant enough to do that, who knows what names this car may see.

 

i was playing it and didnt find it until i was doing the country missions with carlos's sister its parked next to her shack in the woods.

ill see if i can get better pics i can drive it to this garage and change the color and give it rims/nitro(nos pretty cool make blue flames out the exhuast) and maybe hydrolics

the car is pretty fast handling isnt the greatest but it gets you wehre you gotta go

 

Yea its hard to control the car in the game, it fish tails easily from all the power, hehe. I didn't know you could mod the other cars, I thought only that lowrider with the hydrolics I'll have to try that. It is definitely modeled after the 3rd gen camaro, they rounded the headlights like an integra and added those little side windows. It even has like 3 inch dual exhaust. I'm glad I can represent the 3rd gen now in a video game even if it is a Camaro

ya the car in it is just like a thirdgen except the lights and the hatch is a lil messed up...but so u do know there is a true 3rd gen in the game...soo if u use cheats u can get it......all of vice city cheats work for san andreas...i can remember which on....but use the cheat forthe hotring racer...there is 1 and 2....try them both....one is a true 3rd gen dressed as a nascar

hotring racer 2...R1,L1,O,right,L1,R1,right,up,O,R2

Hotring racer 1... R1,O,R2,right,L1,L2,X,X,square,R1

one of those is a thridgen...it has the correct front end and everything...just dressed up as a nascar type deal

 

i had the game reserved and havnt got around to playing it much with school and work and my g/f
but when i do get some time i can devote to it ill be sure to grab that thirdgen! thanx for the screenshots and cheats too

not a big fan of the "mods" they did to the car to not make it look like a camaro but like previously stated at least were finally in a game!

just a sidenote, you cant mod any other car besides the hotrod ones in the first garage, however I guess when you hit up the other islands you can then...I tried bringing a maro into the garage.....there's so many look-alike cars (like always) Im still on the first island, but Ive seen a supra, nsx, and rx7 lookalike.....whats with the small domestic scene? Vice had the vette and bird.....sighhhh, got a maro in every garage I can though
