Original Radiator Cap Needed

Where can I find and original cap. Mine has 15PSI and Made in Britain on it. I don't think it is original. It should be 16PSI. and all the a/c deloc caps I find are 15 pound settings and in plastic. Any suggestions?

Re: Original Radiator Cap Needed

That's definitely not original. GM still sells original ACDelco caps. I bought one a couple of weeks ago from the GM Parts store

Re: Original Radiator Cap Needed

I think this is an original rad cap since the whole car has been very original so far, but I can't be 100% sure:

Both of your caps are exactly like mine so I will take it that mine is original.

Re: Original Radiator Cap Needed

I bought a genuine AC Delco relay (Fuel pump) from a trusted TPI supplier. MADE IN CHINA. nice AC Delco Box tho... Even Delco branded things will be made just about anywhere these days... Delphi is completely global now. That's not all bad either. Unless you are facing some judging scrutiny. Is not my USA Apple Iphone made in China!? My new relays? my Corvette brake rotors.... at some point this will be acceptable on concours. Just make sure they spell "NEVER OPEN HOT" correctly... LMFAO

Re: Original Radiator Cap Needed

I'm curious as to what it matters ?

1lb of pressure won't make or break the cooling system.
I can't imagine a radiator cap collapsing the value of the car either.

Not being an ***, just wondering...
