Ummm.......It looks like you have 4 front jacks but no rear jacks there.

Here is a pic of my rears on the left, fronts on the right......

Ummm.....no they're front and rear. Trust me. The rears are not the inferior coil over adapter kind they're weld in like the front. Much easier adjustment.

Re: Ground Control Weld in weight jack kit

yeah stephen, his kit is not the same as your (obviously). His is more of a univesal set that mounts the weight jacks with the adjuster bolt up. So in the front you would be drilling a hole in the k-member spring pocket and into the engine compartment for the bolt, so you adjust the height from under the hood. And the rear would be the same idea drill a hole in the frame rail and put the bolt up in the hatch area.

HOWEVER, the rear setup in the OP's pics, do NOT have the pigtail, so it would not work on a 3rd gen without different springs or modifiying the spring perch on the axle.

So again this is a universal kit and not the 3rd gen kit that Ground control sells.

If you look at the left set of springs, at the very bottom next to the box, they do appear to be rear pigtailed springs. I thought they weren't too, the first time I looked.

Re: Ground Control Weld in weight jack kit

It's not the universal kit. I can post the receipt. Albeit it's not a good pic. They are rear springs. Anybody care to make a $500 bet with me.

i didnt notice the pigtails. Was it sold as a 3rd gen kit? never seen that particular setup before. Was it purchased a long time ago?

I the GC's jack setup they sell now, the one Stephen posted. Im just using the fronts, and they adjust from under the car with a 1/2" ratchet and extension up through the spring perch in the a-arm. they work just fine.

Re: Ground Control Weld in weight jack kit

Purchased in late 2003 or early 2004. Both front and rear adjust from the top with a 1/2" ratchet. They don't race 3rd gens anymore so I don't believe they are as serious with they're offerings anymore.
