It depends on your preference. What do you want your car to sound like? Flows and Hookers give a nice aggressive sound (Flowmaster a better aggressive sound, sorry Mark had to )

Basically what I want is the sound of an Edelbrock muffler, but about 3 times as loud. they arent loud enough. so, any one with sounds feel free to post them.

The link to my sound file is in the sig. It's a 3" Flowmaster catback with catco cats and SLP 1-3/4" headers. I've never set off car alarms with this setup, but when I ran a straight pipe on my VW, I set off car alarms from 100 feet away and also set off the alarm in a store once.

The Flowmaster on my car sounds really nice. I have never set off any alarms with it though. The cut-out is another story

i heard a lot about hooker but since putting on headers and gutting my cat, my flowmaster sounds so nice. It has such a dirty beasty throaty sound. At idle its so bassy also and i guess its a combination of my 500rpm idle speed and the 109* lobe duration of the peanut cam but my car lopes at idle slightly. I have a soudn clip in my sig, you really can't hear it loping in the clip though.

Flowmaster is nice but the 2.25" cherrybomb i had on before i intalled headers and new exhaust was louder. The flowmaster has a nice bassy, burbly sound. I would go with flowmaster single chambers if i had to do it again.
