Yes I am runing the v6 t5 for now because my car doesn't hook with the tires on it now. I'll get better tires when I can afford the 4l60e swap. But I'm lost, why would they cut the bottom of the bell...

I finally got it running again
The module wen bad in the distributor got it back in timing
Runs like a top and loving the bump stick in it

My tach side of my hei has fire (test light grounded the stuck in tach side)
Went ahead and bought a msd coil for it still no spark
The cap looks burnt on inside prongs but doesn't look burnt...

Gauge cluster

i have a 1988 firebird with a 2.8 v6 and i took the Gauge cluster and replaced it with [ a 89 or 90 gta.

hard startong

my firebird is very hard to start after its flooded
ive have to wait at least 2 to 3 weeks to try to start it. after i get it started it runs fine and then starts fine.

idk how hard it would be to swap a 2.8 to a 383 stroker motor.
would it be easyer to swap a 4.3 than a 383
and will the insurance go up or down if i put a v8 into a v6 car
