Black wheel centers. White lip > silver (in your case). Black pinstripe the fender well lips on the edge (think: ridges of coins) so it'll be barely noticeable. Paint the Z28 GFX emblem black. Done.

It's pertaining to the restraint digit(fourth) in the VIN for the 82-86 models. How come there are digits for automatic seat belt...

Just adjust the finish slightly. They have a similiar meatyness of the stock wheels.
