Re: Been a long time since I've been here...

Thanks for the info, but I'm more of a bird guy. Kind of interested in a restomod more than a correct restoration.

Looking for an 87 and up Trans Am.......

Trying to be no more than $1000. Drivetrain not important (don't care if there's one in it at all), but what is, is the body. No rust a must. Also, t-tops are a must. I'll consider '85 and '86 as...

You're right now that I think about it. Only for a 4th gen.

Driveshaft will still work for anyone that needs one.

Re: Aluminum driveshaft...UMI saftey loop

I had long tubes with no cats and a B & B Triflo exhaust. It fit perfectly. Straightline Performance ordered it for me. I'm not sure what the part # is though.

Aluminum driveshaft...UMI saftey loop

Driveshaft has maybe 300 miles on it. Balanced and new u-joints by Surge Friction. $120 FIRM.

UMI safety loop...$40 (for 4th gen, someone told me they work on 3rd gens as well).

Re: Lansing Cruise Night Sept 22nd

Well, let's see...I think this would work...take 30 to Calumet and go North (right). Then take that to Ridge Rd. and turn left (west). Stay on Ridge Rd. till you see the cars.
