If I were going to be doing an entire new setup, I'd opt for the ODBII option. There is a sticky for it here, and it will open up a whole other set of options for tuning, diagnosis, etc.

Well, I don't think its a vacuum leak. It runs the worst when its cold (open loop), once it warms up a little, it comes around to a more reasonable idle, and it doesn't want to kill you with raw...

I believe that the distributor (not exactly sure which part, I want to say the ignition control module) controls injector pulse under 300 RPMs. This would explain why, once running, it works.

I believe (based on some research, and having both) F-bodies got the 7.5" 10 bolt, the trucks got the stronger/larger 8.5" 10 bolt. Parts will not interchange.

Agreed. Car won't hit open loop to use the O2. Can you put a test light on the injectors, and make sure you don't have any that are sticking open?

The injectors are batch fire on these, so its doubtful that you've got the wiring messed up. Did you put new injectors in? If yes, were they different sized than the original that were in the car? ...

I just did the same thing. I redid the gaskets for the intake runners/plenum/TB, and I put in a new thermostat. Spent a fair bit of time cleaning stuff. Otherwise, if its not broken....
