that's my idea with the paintjob... it's a track...

that's my idea with the paintjob... it's a track car, so it really just doesn't matter that much. most of the races i run are during sunset... just perfect, the sun is dim and the spot lights aren't...

yeah pretty much.. you know what it almost looks like...? it looks like when one takes a really crappy picture from up close with the flasher on... the paint in mostly even, except for that one spot...

No i havent wetsanded it... i tried it on one headlight and it totally killed the shine... it's a 1 stage paint so there is no real clear coat, just the one integrated into the paint... shoudl I go...

back to the side effects... clearance... depeding on how it's done you may not get the same clearance that you would normally achieve with a Y pipe and a single pipe...

i wouldn't drop it that much even if it is a drag car... i would be affraid of clearance issues and more than anything the back tires getting cut by the back fenders when it slams down during...

that's just what the instructions on the side of the can said.. it's one stage, so 8:4:1 is what was reccomended...

i just don't really know what to think about hardener since the old guys didn't...

stock hood, not sure of its name, it's the scoop off to one side (not in the center) that came with the 84 TA... there isn't a top piece to the scoop in those pics and the engine was running that's...

I cut off the lip around where the blower sits... you can't get a flat firewall otherwise... not hard to cut... just cut a square around it and take it all off...
