I have a similar card. I will have to take a picture. Mine reads "VIP PONTIAC". And "INSTRUCTIONS: Bend key out for cutting & use. DO NOT SEPARATE FROM CARD. Bend key back into card for storage....

If your board's good, you should just be able to recover it. And, if the headliner's not sagging too badly, you might be able to just glue up the part that's coming apart.

I have a liscence plate holder that mounts underneath the front part of your car. It's L-shaped so the bottom part of it slides under your car and then it just sicks up so you don't need holes there...

If you still have a sticker on your door jam (drivers side), it'll tell you the weight of your car. Unless you've made mods to it, it'll be accurate.
