Do you know what year it is? Is it the 85-90 type spoiler or the 91-91 type ? Also is it tyhe base spoiler with the wingtips on both edges , or is it the Aerowing type?

Well you should start with a fuel pressure test. That would be my advice. Not sure what tools you have or how much mechanical knowledge you have, but if you have the ability to do the pressure check...

Thanks for the reply and info there Dave W. Sounds like your setup is very similar. I too am running shorty headers, no cat, single exhaust and a Flowmaster 1 in 2 out . Stock rockers for now though....

Yeah, if he put bad gas in from a container, it couldn't be too much. Fill it up with good gas and try that first. If that doesn't get it , check fuel pressure.

Never mind guys. All the wires go on the top except the small one which goes on the small bolt. The only thing on ther lower bolt is the wire that goes directly into the starter( or solenoid ) ....

Well you can add another install to the list. I bought one from 88TransAMfreak on here that he had already extended the feet and did some sanding on the bottom for a better fit. Still had to drill...
