A bit of experience: I made hubs from cheap rotors that I got for free, but when I pressed the new (longer) wheel studs into them the hubs cracked from the stud hole out to the edge in one or two...

Fyi: the clear coat was pretty much all flaked off the wheels by the time I got it home, I didn't care and it still looks ok is why I never said anything.

I couldn't find a spring plunger in the trunk. Maybe its missing? but I couldn't find a connector for one either. I'll end up rewiring it the way I want it to work.

Probably a little of both. Also being way too cheap. The rods probably had 200K miles on them. I had about $600 all said and done in the 3.4/3500 motor.

Yes, the rockers are pictured above... they only work on 2000+ 3100 or any 3400 heads I think.

There's a catch. I drilled some accessory holes that break into the water jacket on the passenger head. I put sealant on the threads and they didn't leak, but its probably not long-term reliable. ...

The fan comes on like that when there is a problem with the chip. It could be installed backwards or not burned or calibrated correctly.

You have to use the 3rd gen driveshaft because the 4th gen has a 2-piece shaft with a center support.

The closed loop bit logs true. I do catch it falling out of closed loop when the O2 sensor becomes "not ready". When I richen up the MAF table it will compensate the BLM untill the AFR is 19-20:1.

How do you use oil temperature and pressure to identify false knock? I guess oil temp will be up if its too rich? The car is currently tuned to 12.3(+/-.1):1 AFR with WOT timing 16-18 degrees.
