i'll bet you'll find at the same fuel pressure and ECM pulse width as stock injectors the aftermarkets have a different electrical design

nope.........you got a fuse and relay the ECM uses to turn the pump on........you also have a oil pressure switch that once oil pres is above 3 psi bypasses fuel pump relay and turns pump on

sounds like the injectors are not getting a strong enough ground path while cranking to open them.I don't have the info infront of me to give exact readings....i would start buy comparing the new...

one thing for sure fuel injected engines last much longer..........carbs contaminate the oil much quicker causing accellerated engine wear.....i've seen plenty of 200 thous mile FI engines running...

were you on the compression stroke on no1 cylinder?...you might be 180 degrees off.....try putting the dist back in 180 degees from where it is now if you didn't check if you were on the comp stroke
