Made some more progress in the last few days. The Racing Innovation headers came in and got installed, I also finished assembling the engine. Lots of copper anti seize used.

The cheapest 400+ rotating assembly is $2500 once you add bearings and balancing, add another 3-500 for machine work, and you could save a little by doing the assembly by yourself, if not you're...

LT1 swap is pretty straightforward. You can find a whole running donor car for less than $2k. THe only thing you'd really need to buy beyond that is a trans crossmember.

Going to another shop is the best idea for sure.

Exhaust leaks will cause bad O2 and wideband readings.

Did he just forget to turn off the rev limiter?

They can flow, the computer just isn't telling them too.

I'd have another tuner look at it, also check that your MAF is clean.

Torque app?

That will give you the commanded A/F and the O2 feedback, but without a wideband it won't do much good.

That said, under WOT your O2s should be ~0.9V

We I finally had an engine to do a quick test on. It seems the LSA blower with ZL1 lid is .25" taller than a truck intake. Does any know how close a truck intake is to fitting?

I have a 92 Roadmaster I was going to do a LT1 cam, and hopefully some L98 heads if I can find them.

I also have a ZZ4 intake I got for cheap, but of course it has the wrong size distributor hole....
