Are GM pressure regulator springs discontinued??

Hi
Does GM still sell TBI fuel pressure regulator springs or are they discontinued?
So far the kits I’ve seen don’t come with a spring. Trying to find something that’s not poor quality.

My timing is set at the distributor at 0 degrees with the wire disconnected.
So the Base Spark Advance setting should be set in the .bin at 0 ?

I'm planning on running a 16197427 PCM from a 95 truck with a 85mm MAF and dimented24x7's code for the 16197427w/MAF.

This will give me a MAF sensor IAT sensor and a MAP sensor as a backup....
