Most likely the 215cc heads would be too small. Bill Mitchel uses 220's on his MoTown 427's and 454's SBCs. But i could be wrong, it all depends on what you want.

10:1comp and boost generally are not a good mix, you max out your 91octane at 7psi with an intercooler. My suggestion would be drop the compression down to somewhere between 8.8:1 and 9.25:1.
