Update: Plugged the pigtails in to see if they worked. They did, until I flicked on the high beams. After a minute they started strobing lol.

Looks like I'll be buying one of those matrix kits. ...

All cars are money pits, man. LS1 cars are also a lot more expensive to mod. Sure, you could find one for $5k but chances are it's beat and has high mileage.

It's not painted, just the factory gel coat, which peeled off from weather and is now just flat black. You get the idea.
