We're talking about setting valves, not anything about which way the cam lobes have to be pointed in order to produce the desired valve events.

I believe the OP said the crack was in the seat...not the head. So no welding would be needed.

Still looks like the upper spring clip of the valve stem seal to me.
the part number is on the bottom of the box in the first pic. You can see the thin silver ring clip on the new seals in the pic...

Those look exactly like the clips for the valve stem seals. At least pieces of them anyways.
No doubt in my mind.
Your intake valve stem seals most likely need to be replaced. May not be a problem...

I'd be lying if I told you I knew. But I don't.
All I know is the coil and the module. They are supplied 12V from that wire. No power at wire...no fire.
