Sorry its what u call it when you leave everything stock as in I left the emissions stuff in there the carb is still a quadrajet didn't pull the motor to drip in a 350 like everyone else does. I mean...

Hey guys not to barge in but I have a b&m short throw shifted where you don't have to set the stops and it fits the factory shifted knob. Had it installed maybe 2 months pm if your interested.

ok update.. i found out that i had a set of aftermarket fog lights hooked into the wiring for the side marker lights, im guessing this is what melted the fuse. I just put in the new headlight switch...

no but i did hook the power wire into the center console light as a quick test. So i went up to autozone and got fuses and a replacement headlight and park lamp switch.

hey guys I have a 1985 Trans am still factory for the most part. The other day i installed some strobes in the tailights, they were a complete seperate unit. I didnt hack into any wireing in the car....

hey thanks for your help man well they come with great low profile tires with 90% of the tread left but with spacers/adapters i might as well put that money into some better rims and tires.

hey thanks for the reply 92rs_ttop and 88 350 tpi formula, to 92rs yes i can shift into neutral and then through all the gears but none of them actually engage except for 4th.

hey sorry out of all the gears including reverse the only gear that i can get to engage is 4th

1st 2nd 3rd 5th reverse=gone...when i put it in first it feels empty like there is no gear there and...

ok so i found the rebuild kit at the gear box but which is better heavy duty Koyo & Torrington Hi Cap bearings or facetory tremec/Borg Warner factory. Also the case should be alright right?
