I agree with Kevin - please remember that you have to disconnect a wire in the harness to set the timing it will set a Fail code, disconnect your battery after you have the timing correctly...

You need to get a fuel pressure gauge hook it to the fuel rail; tape it on your windshield, and do some driving around look at the pressure and the road. I think it should be about 40lbs...
